We have completed the task of “Modernization of the existing sewage sludge composting shed at the sewage treatment plant by enclosing it and installing a system for capturing and deodorizing post-process air on chemical scrubbers,” commissioned by Przedsiębiorstwo Wodociągów i Kanalizacji w Nowym Tomyślu sp. z o.o.
The most important elements of the project are two scrubbers operating in a series, the first with a fluidized bed using INSTAL AIRECO technology, and the second with a stationary bed.
The system is fully automated, and operation is limited to simple maintenance works. After appropriate configuration of the process, INSTAL AIRECO scrubbers can be used not only in the water and sewage industry, but also in waste management plants, food industry plants, agri-food processing, chemical and paper industries, among others.
