On Saturday, October 14, a family picnic was held to celebrate the opening of the modernized wastewater treatment plant in Chrzanów Duży. The event was organized by the Grodzisk Water Supply and Sewerage Plant.
The modernization of the wastewater treatment plant began at the turn of 2018 and 2019 and since then, among others: secondary settling tank nodes were modernized, a sewage supply node was built, an external carbon source dosing station was built, a photovoltaic farm was built in the area of decommissioned lagoons, and a biological F reactor was built, and the existing biological A+B reactors were rebuilt. In addition, the modernization included the construction and reconstruction of a sludge and gas line, a sludge dewatering and thickening node, and a cogeneration station.
Instal Warszawa implemented 2 contracts related to, among others: with the expansion of the biological treatment part and reconstruction of the sludge and gas line.
On this occasion, President Andrzej Grygo received a commemorative diploma from the mayor.
