Instal Warszawa will be the General Contractor of the investment consisting in replacement of the heat source in the Sanok heating plant. On August 29, the parties signed contract. Under the contract, Sanockie Przedsiębiorstwo Gospodarki Komunalnej Sp. z o.o. is plan that the heat production in the biomass boiler will replace part of the heat production in the hard coal boilers and will account for approximately 56% of the total heat production in the Kiczury heat plant.
The total cost of the investment is 33.38 million gross (PLN 27.14 million net), with 50% of this amount being financed with a subsidy, and the other 50% with a loan to be repaid over a 15-year period. Financing is provided by the National Fund for Environmental Protection and Water Management as part of the District Heating Program.
The works will be carried out on the operating heating plant and will last 18 months.
